What is the process to report potential non-compliant matters? Owners are encouraged to report non-compliant matters to Management by written communication by emailing us at kelly@kellymanagement.com, by logging onto our website at www.kellymanagement.com or mailing it to us at PO Box 10015, Bakersfield, CA 93389. Please note all information is kept confidential and is presented to the Board for direction.Who do I contact with regards to my billing? Please contact our Accounts Receivable department by calling (661)322-5936 ext. 4385 or by email at kelly@kellymanagement.com.What are Managements hours of operation? Kelly Management is open Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. For after hour emergencies please contact the office at (661)322-5936 and your call will be directed appropriately. When a guest calls me from the gate how do I let them in? When your guest calls from the gate press 9 and the gate will open.What happens if I am not home and I am expecting a delivery? Kelly Management will not open the gate for any vendors, delivery drivers or other contractors. Please make arrangements ahead of time if you are expecting a delivery. This is for the security of your community. How do I get my mailbox keys? If the home is new construction you would contact Kelly Management for the disbursement of your keys. If it is a resale then the mailbox keys would come from the seller or you would need to make arrangements to have the mailbox re-keyed for a nominal fee.
